What data we process

Through the contact form on this site we process the data you provide to us yourself:

• studio name and the name of the contact person,
• e-mail address and telephone number,
• city or region, estimated monthly volume,
• the content of your note.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data in order to contact you back, to send you the wholesale price list, sample pack and technical documentation, and where applicable to prepare a business relationship. The legal basis is the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract at your request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Retention period

We keep data from the form for [add, e.g. 24 months] from our last contact. If a business relationship is entered into, retention is governed by the applicable accounting and tax legislation.

Recipients and processors
